Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Amazon in Ringold, you will be at the forefront of our communication initiatives, tasked with developing strategies that enhance engagement across our social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with online communities by responding to followers, addressing their concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain relevance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as PR, marketing, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform and enhance our strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of social media profiles and recommend improvements for higher performance.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting, to achieve specific business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build a robust social media team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a top-tier organization.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret metrics to drive decision-making.
- Expertise in social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in managing social media advertising including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
